Due to the current Corona situation, the NAS board and the organizing committee has decided to reschedule NAS2020 to 2022. This decision has been made partly due to current and varying travel restrictions and partly because NAS do not want to risk a Covid-19 outbreak amongst participants.

The conference in 2022 will take place in Odense. New conference dates will be June 1-3. 2022.

Everyone, who has registered for NAS2020 will be informed directly.

This years General Assembly will be held as a videokonference at the previously announced time on Tuesday November 10th 2020 at 4-5.30 p.m. (16.00-17.30) Danish time.

Everyone, who has already registered will be informed directly.

We are currently looking into how best to reschedule hotelbookings for those who whish to keep their registration.

Call for Abstracts


Participants of the NAS2022 Congress in Odense, Denmark, are invited to submit abstracts to the conference for presentation in the free paper sessions or as posters.

Abstracts should be submitted through the abstract submission form. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee of NAS2022.

Abstracts should be submitted no later than December 31, 2021.




Abstract Submission guidelines

  1. Abstracts must be submitted in English or any of the Scandinavian languages.
  2. Limitations:
    A.   Title - maximum of 20 words
    B.   Authors’ names and professional title should be supplied as in the abstract registration form. All affiliations should contain institution, city and country.
    C.   The abstract text  should include ”background”, ”method”, ”results” and ”discussion/conclusion”, should not exceed 500 words and should not include any tables,     graphics or references.
  3. After the submission deadline, no further changes are permitted to be made to abstracts. Authors are strongly advised to ensure the accuracy of the submitted abstracts. Any mistakes in literature or in scientific facts will be published as what is typed.
  4. The presentation can be in the format of oral or poster presentation.
  5. The abstract must be submitted online.
  6. The Organizing Committee of the NAS 2020 reserves the right to accept or refuse an abstract, to designate abstracts either oral or poster presentation and to choose a suitable session for the abstract. The authors' preference of the type of the presentation and theme will be taken into account.
  7. Deadline for submission of abstracts is December 31, 2021.
